I'm doing a reader's response on the soccer essay. I thought it was very good. I liked the meaning behind it. I think that winning is always fun but when you work as a group, to me, its always better! Because, like I said, winning is great and nothing is better than sharing it with the people you love.
Truism for the story that I came up with:
Winning is great, but as long as you tyred, there's always a good outcome.

Reader's Response 2/18/11
I left my reader's response for "The Almighty Essay" in your (Ms. Green) classroom, so I will be alibiing and it probably is different that what is in my notebook... so fair warning...
So I liked how informational it was. I will probably apply that information from the essay to when I write my essay for college. I read that when you apply to a college, they tend to look at your essay than your grades. I think that's a good thing because I like writing personal narratives.

Reader's Response 2/17/11
So I've decided to do a readers response on one of the fictional personal narratives. The one by Sherilyn M Moore. The one were it weaves into the Lord's prayer. I really liked it. I read it to my parents because I loved it do much! I really liked how it said "Two shots, one for him and the other for my mom.", instead of just "My dad shot him and then my mother."
I can't really relate this to anything because both my parents are still living but I can compare it to time.... well nothing this CRAZY has happened to my family... yet... and I hope my mother won't become a druggie and my dad become a drunkie. I dont think that will ever happen though...
